Royal Dutch Shell plans to sell its stake in the world's largest planned wind farm, as it shifts its focus to the United States where government incentives offer competitive returns. Shell is 33% shareholder in London Array, which will involve building a wind farm with up to 341 turbines over 20km from the Thames, east of London - Oil2Wind Power.
