Surveillance video from 41st and Lexington Ave, shows the steam pipe explosion on July 18th 2007...Why does it take two hours to shut down a production pipe carrying steam? I am glad that not everyone buys the Mayor's excuses...look for a blip in the transportation stocks for evidence of insider trading/prior knowledge.
