Yet another wind manufacturing facility to help China meet their domestic needs for windpower; in a few years, China will hold all of the windpower manufacturers in their own pockets. It is suggested that we continue to push the technology envelope, by offering training in every region where the wind is being harvested, in the earliest grades.
